Hi, my name is Todd Thompson and I have been with RBC for over a decade.  In August of 2007 I turned 43 and have never felt better.  You see, about 15 years ago as I was finishing my masters degree in Physical Therapy, I discovered something that was both shocking and life changing.

At 42 I earned my 1st Degree Black Belt.  My style is Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do and our black belt test is in
Breckeridge Colorado, 9550 feet above sea level.  The testd is 2 and half days in duration.  We slept a total of 5.5 hours during that 2 and half days and the rest
